"The order was processed quickly and was shipped in a timely manner. None of that matters when (they pay extra!) to require a signature on delivery. I ordered a single part worth less than $200, and I still have to sign for the delivery. They even shipped with "UPS carbon neutral"! That's cool, but I'm sure the extra 2 trips the driver is going to have to make only to fail to deliver my part again, will offset whatever carbon credits UPS is buying.
