"My experience was abysmal. I ordered a package to be delivered to Troy, Ohio and it instead ended up in Burlington, North Carolina even though the confirmation screen clearly stated that it would be delivered to Ohio. I tried to straiten this out with their support department, but every time that I called, they instructed me to send an email instead. I never got a response from three separate emails that were sent to them. Now whenever I call their support line, I get a recording stating that no one is available to take the call - without the option of leaving a message. Their support is terrible, and I've lost $31 learning how unreliable this company is.
You want to avoid this company at all cost. An extra dollar or two in savings simply isn't worth it."
