Cons:
-Customer service does not reply to emails.
-When I called their number, I was given another number to call or told that my message would be given to another person.
-I requested return authorization number & instructions--have not heard from them after 24 hours.
-Order tracking on their website is inaccurate.
--No email to inform me that they sent out my order (order was actually sent from manufacturer, not from seller)."
