"I don't know about you, but I've noticed that you don't talk to a human anytime you try to get customer support or sales help anymore. You get an auto-reply predictive answering bot thing. That makes sense for commonly asked things, but I can't process detailed, on-point questions. My sales coordinator, Kelly, clarified things, and when I pointed out a possible error, she corrected it, and a new proof was sent to me within a few hours. Without her help, the product would have been printed differently than I wanted. I'll buy from BPS again."
