"Needed custom lapel pins for a specific event. I uploaded my design on a weekend (Saturday 5 Jan), and as advertised, they mocked up the design in 24 hours. I heard from Penny on a Sunday evening 6 Jan). The mock-up was beyond my expectations. I said we had a drop-dead date (18 Jan) we needed these by, and Penny said she could make that happen. I was skeptical. The pins were delivered just 6 days later, (no extra charge) on 13 Jan, 5 days before my stated "deliver no later than" date. Basically, I had my pins in hand less than a week after I ordered them. Quality product. Fantastic customer service (from Penny) and great price.
