I needed to have ordered the cables at the time I ordered the paddles to use them in time for my show. I was unable to use the product, as it did not provide the required accessory that was shown in the photo, and did not offer an itemized description. Your service staff does not believe that another vendor would have provided me with the cable, which is just not the case with the vendors I work with. I will have to account for this next time I order anything from your site. Thank you."
