"BSW ships fast but only if the items are listed as "in stock." If some of the items are in stock but others aren't, don't expect great customer service regarding those final slower items. I am still waiting on an item ordered almost a month ago that was listed as "usually available in 1-2 weeks." Communication regarding the item has been non-existent. The real problem though is that BSW doesn't give you another tracking number or order number for items shipped separately from the main order. Every time I check their website, my order is listed as "complete" even though it is not.
Overall, I am not wowed by BSW. They have some great package deals available and I'd shop with them again if I ever had to restock a studio from scratch. But for little items that I need right away, I'd shop some place else first."

"Over the years, I have spent a small fortune with BSW. But recent orders have taken longer and longer to fill. This order was made on 12/26/14 and I have yet to get so much as a shipping notice. I did make a request to customer svc, but the response was that it would be the following week before it even got to the Ohio warehouse to be shipped. When I do order equipment, it is usually to replace something that has gone down. Waiting 2 to 3 weeks for shipping is inconvenient and costs my business money. I wish something could be done to make items more available in a more timely manner."

"There was a mix up in the ordering process. I was warned the color of the product did not match when ordering (and this was ok with me - champagne mic and black pop filter). What was not made clear was the product was not being shipped - no one contacted me but the payment was processed. When the delivery date arrived and only part of my shipment arrived I called and the mistake was discovered. In fairness, this was dealt with and the product was air shipped at no extra cost. So all ok in the end. PS products exactly as described and very pleased otherwise (and five star in all other respects)"
