"In the last 14 years, yours in the only company who held up my order because the address I gave on the order didn't match the address my bank provided. I buy a lot of supplies and have never been denied because of it, especially since it's from a major university. Then, once time was lost straightening that out, I didn't hear a word from your company about the status of my order until I called to find out if it had even been processed. If you're holding up my order, you should at least tell me that it's in the system after the problem has been rectified. Now, I find out that everything is back ordered, and I don't know when I'm going to receive it. We're talking VERY simple items...and you don't have them in stock. I really don't see why I should order anything else from your company."
