"After a less than desirable experience with another merchant I turned to BTE to purchase a SATA card.

I called my order in and got to speak to someone in sales almost immediately. I was able to place the order for my card and also arrange for Purolator Air delivery (something that I didn't see offered on their site.)

Despite it being late in the afternoon at their location they still managed to get the card sent out that day and it arrived at my door less than 24 hours later.

These guys were really great, I'll be going to them first next time I need parts."
