"I ordered 2 MP3 players from this company and was billed immediately. No merchandise was sent. Many Emails and phone calls went unanswered. I contacted credit card company to stop payment and filled complaint with the FBI Crime Complaint Center and NW3c. This company is fraudulent and you should stay away from them"

"I placed an order on 11/15 with BTI for 3 mp3 players for Christmas presents for my children. I never received them but my credit card certainly was billed. I left multiple messages (both voice and e-mail) and of course never received an answer. So, needless to say, Christmas won't be very merry this year. My advice, avoid this company no matter how good their prices look. $300 was a lot to pay to learn this company is a scam."

" I ordered a digital camera on 8/15/04 and as of
9/23/04 I have not received my order. Payment was
taken from my credit card on 8/17/04. My e-mails
and phone voice mail messages were never answered.
Only interactive menu and voice mail at all numbers.

"We placed an order for a cordless phone on 8-1-04. We've waited several weeks for the merchandise. We were not given a tracking number, so we've called the company several times without response from them. They have several phone numbers to call, but you will never get a live person to answer the phone. You will be passed to voicemail immediately.

We have emailed them also, with no response. We have filed a complaint with the BBB. DO NOT do business with them. They are not a reputable company and we only wish we had discovered this before ordering from them.

"I ordered a nice Sennheiser headset. The item was very nicely priced and I received it within a week or so.

I was sent an order confirmation about 4 days later advising me of the charge and the ship tracking number.

Overall good experience with little hassle and no extensive delays.

They had the best price, but when I went to check-out the S&H was $12.93!!!

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Check out their rating from the Better Business Bureau (www.labbb.org).

I got taken by them. Placed an order for a product based on a Froogle price search. I never heard another word from them. I sent e-mails and called **multiple** times. No one *ever* answered the phone at any of the extensions I tried nor returned any of the voicemails I left.

Finally, I left several messages saying that if I didn't hear in 24 hours I was disputing the credit card charge (which had appeared on my statement) and filing a complaint with the BBB.

I heard nothing back so I disputed the charge with my card, filed a complaint with the BBB, then called them again and left several VMs to let them know I had followed through and considered my order cancelled. Three days later I get a shipping notification from them!!! IMHO, These guys are unethical and should be avoided at all costs.
