"Ordered online, never received pin after close to an hour waiting in chat was told they had none in stock. Then asked why they would process my order and charge if they had none was told that they sent me an email to confirm my details. The email wanted photo I’d, photo of myself and half my life details that I wasn’t comfortable giving over email to a random company. They “processed the refund” but still haven’t received it!"
