"IS THIS JUST A COVER FOR IDENTITY THEFT? I ordered a set of car audio speakers. I received an imediate verification of the order by email. But, 12 days, and no other info. No shipping notice. No tracking info. No status whatsoever. No replies to numerous emails. If I dial the phone numbers listed on the site, and their phones actually ring and don't just click, it's either to a fax-type squeal or a busy signal.
They are a Yahoo Shopping site, so I thought contacting Yahoo would help. But Yahoo just sends me email replies with links to vague marginally-fitting site info, as if they wash their hands of it, even though it is one of their approved vendors."
"I was charged twice for the same order (Order #4585). After contacting B&D Electronics Online on 7/29/05, I was told that I would receive a credit in 2-3 business days. I contacted them again on 8/3/05, and was told a credit was issued. I still haven't received a credit. "Customer service" is very rude, unprofessional and hung up on me."

"I am very dissapointed with this company. I made an order. I asked for, and paid for expedited shipping. My credit card was charged for the full order and shipping amount, 4 days later. Two weeks later I call, and they say PART of my order was shipped this morning and they are out of stock of the other part. While waiting on the phone several minutes for the service representative to come back (a second time) from trying to find my order, I get cut off and have to make the long distance call again! Then another wait!
They advertise that orders will be sent out in 2-7 days, and that your card won't be charged until the order is shipped.
Now I don't have my order when I needed it. I am going to have to order from another company, which I could have done a lot sooner, if I was informed that what I ordered was not available. I have not received credit yet, for the unsent items.
I will not use this company again, and I will tell anyone who will listen, not to use this company!

"This was the worst experience I've ever had in 22 years of being in the computer industry. My credit card was charged, even tho the product never shipped. I was hung up on 3 times. They wouldn't answer my calls, just flipping me to voice mail. They would not return my emails or call me. I finally had to go to my bank and have them call to even get the phone answered. When I asked about the policy on the webpage which said your credit card would not be charged
until the product was ready to be shipped, the barage of cussing and verbal abuse I got was unreal. Quote, "How the H--L would YOU know when a product was ready to ship? How the H--L do YOU
know when the box has a label on it and is ready to go? Until you learn to F--K--G read, leave me the F--K alone and stay the F--K of the F--K--G web."
My opinion, DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Humans should not treat animals or other humans this way.

"Quite an experience trying to deal with B&D. I do not recommend them.
But I can say that B&D did keep one (and only one) promise: after 74 days, I finally had my refund.
