"They claim to have the best return policy on the web; "no questions asked". THIS IS NOT TRUE I tried to return my item and here is their answer:

We are sorry but we can not accept your return at this time. We feel that since the prodcut is not defective and you have has it in your possesion for 15 days now, that it is not fair that we should take a non-defective item that has been enjoyed and used by you for this period of time. If you were not happy with quality then you should have at least contacted us when you received product. Our 15 day policy is from date of shipment and you have exceeded that
by one day. We are a discounter on merchandise and have to keep a strict NO EXCEPTIONS policy inorder to continue to offer the low prices we do.

"It took B&D 74 days to refund my money. Sending my money back is the only promise B&D ever made to me and also kept. At one point B&D had stated the intention of keeping my money because of "lost sales" due to my online comments regarding their service.
