"I placed an order, they charged my credit card & sent a confirmation e-mail. For the last three weeks every time I checked the order status it has said "Order Processing."

I've tried contacting the company multiple times & have never heard a response. No replies, no call backs & no notification that the order has shipped.

First time in my life that I'm having to dispute a charge with my credit card company. I will never order from them again, or any company affiliated with them."
