"This merchant is to be avoided at all cost! We ordered a Chicco Travel System-Romantic from them on 04/21/2010. By mid-May, we hadn't heard a word from them. Trying to reach these people by e-mail or customer service telephone has been next to impossible. When we eventually got to through to a living human being, we were told that the products would ship by mid-June. It is July 1, and again we haven't heard anything. Well, after more e-mails and phone messages, we reached someone this evening, and were told not to expect our order until the end of July. Our baby is due soon, and this kind of customer service is totally unacceptable. We canceled our order, and our advice is to give this joint a very wide berth! Better yet, delete it from your list of options."

"Babies First Choice withdrew the money for the product weeks ago and we have not heard a word and have not received the product ordered. Do not buy from this sight. Beginning a fraud invetigation and proceeding with VISA to refund the account. In my opinion, this sight is a rip-off so far."

"I ordered a BOB stroller warm fuzzy and console from this website on July 6, 2006. A few weeks went by and no correspondence or product was received. On July 18th, I e-mailed their customer service and was told it would take a "few weeks" because they had to order the items from the manufacturer. I e-mailed them again in early August and received no reply. I e-mailed them yet again August 18th and was told the console was in, but no warm fuzzy, and if I wanted to cancel the order or have them send the console. I have since e-mailed them 3 times with follow up questions, but have not heard back and it is September. I would NEVER purchase from this business (I use that term loosely) again. Very poor customer service. "
