"I have had the wrong items shipped to me. Another time I bought shoes that were suppose to be a size 7-8 and they were closer to a size 6... And they don't do returns!! They said that I had to pay for the shipping to return and that they would give me steal credits. Very poor customer service. They were also very poor quality items and not even worth the discounted price. I will never shop there again. A business that has a no return policy does not stand behind their products. Buyer beware. "

You do need to check other reviews on each brand they sell before you make a purchase because I have had a few things break or not work as I expected.

"Babysteals is another deal-a-day type of thing and the baby part (there's also kids, scrap, and she) has two deals-one at 9am and one at 9pm. I ordered a toy from them that my son loves and got it at a great price. Most other sites like BabySteals make you wait a long time for shipping but this site sent the toy very quickly. I don't buy from them often (I just placed my second order in six months) but the service was good when I did."
