"It took over 30 days to receive my order. No emails or phone calls were returned. My credit card was charged without delivery. It was only resolved when I filled a dispute with the credit card company. Then I was contacted by the store and my items were shipped."
"I placed my order - a silk diaper bag for a baby shower that has since come and gone - Dec. 1, and have yet to receive the product or even receive feedback on two e-mail requests for an ETA (estimated time of arrival).
By far, my gravest concern is the lack of customer service. Try to reach a live person on their phone - what a joke! At the same time, they have not replied to my e-mails. I am in the dark, with no information! This issue has been raised in reviews by other customers (I found after the fact), and I have to wonder why the vendor hasn't taken steps to correct this glaring deficit?
I will not do business with them again, nor recommend them to anyone."
"My wife and I purchased 2 items from this site on the 3rd of November, 2005. We were immediately charged and sent a tracking number. Good so far. However we only recieved 1 item and a note saying the other item was on backorder. We can handle that. It wasnt up until the middle of December when we started worrying. We made several attempts to contact this site, which most turned out to be fruitless. But on several occasions the site promised us the item would be shipped out promptly and to watch our inbox for confirmation emails within a day or so. Needless to say when the end of January rolled around i still wasnt impressed. I called again, and requested money back or proof that the item was shipped.....They once again made promises of shipping it and still to this day i do not have my item nor a tracking number, nor any confirmation that the item is even available still. Beware of this site like the PLAGUE, if your shopping for a newborn you can expect your item maybe by her 4th birthday."
