"I am actually pregnant and placed an order since early September 2020 note that I live overseas and will be expecting in November my account was debited of 174.00 usd after 3days not receiving a shipping number and the status was claimed as declined I decided to email them someone at customer service told me that my shipping adress was notified to them as fraudulent and that if I wanted to proceed I would have to send my credit card information and my ID which was suppose to be similar to shipping adress ( no one sends those information online!) I explained customer service that this was not possible due to the fact that I do not reside in the US but I do have an american shipping adress. The customer service went ahead and told me to ask my bank for refund! But if my order was assumed fraudulent why accept the cash ! They should have just credited my account with the money and not accept my payment as well! It's been over a month i tried emailing once more to ask that they refund me back my cash being that they are the ones who saw my shipping adress as fraudulent I have not received a response and we are the 1st of october. "
"I heard about the baby mall from my friend, then I was shocked by the items as well, it's got A-Z stuff for babies. I ordered some clothing, shoes, and socks, they looked beautiful and they were of good quality. The rates had been fair. They deliver on time."
"Don't listen to the negative reviews. I can almost guarantee you that those customers were downright rude to their customer serviice agents and are making it out to be worse than it really is.
I just had an experience with BabyMallOnline over the past few days and they were nothing but helpful. I had ordered some clothes but never received a confirmation email. I emailed the customer service team and they got back to me almost immediately. The customer service representative was very friendly and courteous and looked up my order via many different search tactics. I realized once he had done that, that I had ordered on a different website and got confused! The representative was so friendly and understanding when I acknowledged my mistake and mentioned that most of his customers aren't that understanding, so I imagine these people who are complaining are on their high horse because they want low prices and to treat the service reps badly.

"I have been shopping at this store for quite some time now and have been amazed at the products for the price. The quality has been excellent, I purchased a 2 piece outfit for $2.99 and recently saw the same item in Walmart for $35 (seriously no joke). Overall my experience has been great because I have been able to get great quality items for fantastic prices. The products have been shipped relatively shortly after I placed my order and have not encountered any issues. However do have to mention that costumer service is not as up to par as some of the other stores I have purchased for but considering the price, it’s to be expected. Overall, I love my experience, I don’t purchase much from other stores as I’m very satisfied with the quality of the products and highly recommend it."

"I have shopped online at this store for a few years, since before my first baby was born. The process are great and the quality of the items are excellent. I've bought clothing, towels, blankets, sheets, plates and bowls, etc., and everything has always been great. I've never had to contact customer service because my orders never have anything wrong with them. They have nice sales featuring different items (for example recently I got some 3pack onesies for $2.99). I have saved a lot of money shopping at baby mall online."

"The prices are amazing!! I placed my order on 10/24/16 and received it on 10/27/16. Everything came exactly as described on the website. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because I had to call the company in order to receive a shipping email a couple of days after I placed my order and I had to call numerous of times because no one was picking up no matter what extension you dialed. But I eventually reached someone and she was very pleasant and nice and I received my order the very next day. BTW I am located in New Jersey and the company is located in New York, so that may be the reason why I received it so quickly.

"I was extremely disappointed to find my order was cancelled because they could not verify my billing address. I was told that a third party company is used for this. There is nothing wrong with my billing or shipping address and I was charged in full before the verification. I was told to use PayPal instead. No thank you. My account was credited 3 days later. "
"I made a purchase July 7 and didn't receive it until July 15, which isn't a problem. However, when I received my package, they sent me a duplicate 5 pack of onesies. I called them and told them, and the lady said she doesn't know why they sent me two of the same pack of onesies, and she assured me that my $12.99 would be refunded. That was about 5 days ago and I still haven't gotten my money back. The clothes are really cute, but everything else is wrong. I will not be ordering from them again. Never."
