"Not very good for the money. I laid out good money ($200) for the paid version, and it "behaves" like freeware (starts dropping words, "times out" by saying you are not connected to the web, etc., after you've used it a few times in a row). It only does a so-so job of translating, and even gives different translations from its own freeware version when you back-check the results online. Also was supposed to include a CD that I have yet to receive a month later. There is never anyone available for their "chat" customer service."
