"There have been a number of negative reviews of this merchant. My experiences, however, have been
positive. The owner did sent me a slightly different item (and a more expensive one, even though she charged me for the cheaper item which I had ordered). It took more than one e-mail to straighten things out, but I now have received the correct item, in perfect condition, and at a low price, as well as a return authorization (at no expense to me), and profuse apologies. It seems that the owner is trying to run her business with insufficient staff, but that, if a difficulty arises, she will take care of it. I certainly would shop there again, all the more since they seem to have many interesting and reasonably priced items."
"Worst Internet buying experience
I was given false information, 2 different receipts with different amounts for the same purchase, and 2 UPS tracking numbers (one was fake). I was promised a refund after canceling my order well before it shipped. Then they rushed and overnited it without the gift wrap I wanted and my first receipt showed I paid for. It seems to be a drop ship mail order business run by one person - probably from her car. Horrible experience."

"Paid for gift wrap of a stuffed animal. They didn't even put it in a box, just wrapped it all wrinkly and messy and then stuck a crushed store-bought bow on the top. It was disgracefully unprofessional-looking. I had to throw away their wrapping and wrap again myself. I asked very nicely for a refund for the gift wrap fee, but they ignored my email."
"I placed an order for three princess costumes for my five year old daughter. It was to be a Christmas present from Santa. Well, here it is the 17th, and not only have I not received my merchandise, and after five e-mails to the company no responses from them, but now I find out that they never charged my credit card. They do not supply a contact phone number either, how convenient. Never order from them is my advice."
"I ordered a baby tent on 11/18/2007 and got an email that said it would ship in 2-3 days. Well going on a month and about 5 emails to them I haved gotten no response and no tent. Don't order from them. "
