bitcoin recovery

" So I'm new to this Crypto thing and the same way I've been hearing incredible rise in coins is the same with the complications and theft that comes with it. I got introduced by someone from Facebook to a bitcoin trading company to help me grow my coins but the experience so far has been extremely crummy. Unfortunately, they turned out to be thieves and confiscated my wallet and money in it. I applaud 'Buggifix at Computer4u dot com' for holding it down on their end as they helped me recover my wallet and coin back despite the struggles. It's a 10/10 recommendation."

Made a purchase last night, now getting marketing emails from other companies

"As the title states, last night I made a purchase, and this morning, I am getting marketing emails from another company. I confirmed with Backcountry support that they did in fact, sell my information to other companies to market to. I hate to do this, because backcountry has always been great, but they just lost a customer. I am happy to pay more at REI. "

Not setup to properly ship to Canada - Don't take responsibility

"I've ordered a stove and i'm from Canada.
Total order was 206.48$USD including 27$USD in UPS shipping.

I'm ordering all the time from US through eBay / Amazon / Others and usually do not have any problems.

They are not settings the stuff up to ship to Canada with the custom declaration up front which end up with Brockage fees at custom that are WAY higher than what it would cost to pay them through USP up front. (like other companies)

Ended up paying 113$CAD to get my package

They said, when i contacted them, that this is not their responsability. I'm sorry but properly ship things is their responsability.

"In Stock" means wait for weeks, missing snow season

"Had gear failure and ordered "in stock" Item. Delivery keeps getting pushed... now been 2 weeks and product still not arrived. Missing 2 weeks of ski season due to misplaced trust in poor e-tailer is really disappointing. Don't be like me."

AMAZING Customer Service A+++

"Had a problem with a leaking Shimano XT M8000 brakeset, and Backcountry contacted Shimano in short order, and got the warranty submitted. Shimano sent them a replacement caliper and lever, but missing was the pads (the original were soaked in oil), the olive and insert (required since Shimano didn't send a complete set), and the oil, needed to get this replacement set functional. Well, Backcountry sent all those parts and more, and by next day no less. This company had me back up and running in no time. I am AMAZED at this type of customer service. You cannot go wrong doing business with this retailer. I am sure glad that I did. "

"Any outdoor enthusiast or a person with conscience should not shop there. This company bullies only small business owners and nonprofit organizations by suing them use the generic word “backcountry”. They dare not to bother the other large companies. Shame on you. Never shop there ever again!"
