Poor just poor

"I ordered a pool and it came damaged inside the box. I ordered a whole package and it also was missing the ladder that I still do not have and paid for. It also didnt ship with liner. I wasnt happy and asked for a return. I have had this pool in my garage fir a month now. I call and no answer. I emailed over 10 times with no answer or reply.
I have the emails to prove it and will send them to anyone that wants them. This is a fradulant business and they dont stand by their products.

"I ordered some custom shade sails for my patio. They arrived about a month later as expected. when I installed them they fit nicely. I did have to use a small length of swing set chain, be we were prepared to do so from the good information on their website.

We get a ton of compliments about how well the shade sails work and how unique they look. A few of our neighbors now have their own shade sail providing shade for their own patio.

I made several calls to them over two weeks before ordering. They were extremely helpful and seem to really know their product. I would recommend using them without worry.

"This company is almost one of the worst online stores that I have ever dealt with: worse than online store oversea. I ordered a swimming pool leaf net. I received but didn't open the shipping box. I realized after ordered the net that I could use a smaller round net for my spa, and another smaller net for my irregular shaped pool, so they would be easier to handle than on rentagular net covering both. So I called and obtained a RMA, returned the unopened box via UPS. UPS accepted as a refuse since it was never opened.
Here is the nasty part of this online store: for over a month or so, I never heard from them, did not see the refund. I called them, talked a not-so-friendly guy and got them responding. When I received refund, they charge 15% restocking fee whether the merchant has been open or used or not. Even worse, they also charged me $9.99 for return shipping charge, even they did not have to pay for return shipping. The restocking fee is indeed in their legal statement on their website, but they did not mention return shipping charge. So I paid initally $99.92 ($82.95 + shipping $16.97). and I got refund of $60.51 (minus restocking fee $22.44 and return shipping charge $9.99). It is simply a greedy & bad business practice. I'd rather order from someone else than dealing with them.
