"I ordered 6 chair covers and then immediately discovered that the covers would not fit my chairs. I tried to cancel and the cancellation was denied. I received a big box and 1 chair cover in the box. I called customer service and told them I do not want the other covers but they refused to cancel and said they would send the other 5 covers. After a couple of weeks I received an email saying the covers are back ordered until October. I’ve tried to get them to refund my money and cancel the back ordered covers since I don’t want them. They are refusing to do so. Do no order from this customer. You will not get any resolutions through customer service. I’ve never had such a bad experience with any on line company."

"Ordered 2 lamps. One arrive broke and had many craftsmanship defects. Replacement sent out to wrong address. Customer service fixed issue right away and acted quickly to resolve. Extremely happy with service. Product, not so much. Someone needs to actually do quality control. Replacement arrived broke as well. No marks on fixed shade but many missing colored areas on base. Will deal with it. Furniture marker, super glue and turn to best side. Didn’t want to wait again and it drag out. Again, customer service was great."
