Accessing the order in my account section on the web store does not provide sufficient information about the delivery, it simply says "open". The merchant could improve the order status section to minimize the need of customers to call or email the merchant to inquire for additional details. Had chosen the Kerkes site because it was the only one offering the pan without a 2+ week wait, but the price and shipping costs were also draws. The site was user friendly, very easy to navigate and has good descriptions, measurements, etc. for each of the many items on offer.
