"Ordered an "open box" balance bike, which came damaged. Seller took a long time to send a replacement, with very poor communication. I ordered a second bike and he offered a free bike helmet in "a few weeks." It took six weeks for the helmet to arrive and when it did it was the wrong size. When I complained, he replied, "The tone of your emails forces me to end this transaction"! Good products, terrible customer service."
