It was weeks, then after calling, leaving voice mails, and emailing, I decided to open a case through PayPal. As soon as I did that, I received a message informing us that some of the order was back ordered, and they provided a UPS shipping number for the rest. However, the shipping number did not exist AND it was in the wrong format.

We did get a partial order, but never the rest. By the time we did get the partial, it was too late for resolution through PayPal. We should have listened to the reviews on the BBB website and steered clear of this one. "
