"I ordered the Luca Glider from this company in October, it was supposed to ship in 8-10 wks, after not hearing anything when 10 weeks came around, I contact Bambi Baby and was told it would be 10-12 weeks due to the holiday season and that the manufacturer closes for 2 wks every holiday season. As an expecting mother I was relying on this company to be honest, this should have been stated on the website at the time of purchase. This glider is available on many other sites, I would recommend that you spend your money elsewhere with an honest company and better customer service. "

"I spent countless hours searching for the perfect Daddy stroller for my daughter; and at the end of my exhausted search, I came across the Quinny Moodd Britto (inspired) Stroller via Google Images, by accident, or fate. Either way, my search lead me to BabiesRUs, Diapers.com, BuyBuyBaby websites, but neither retailer were selling the Britto inspired version. Thankfully, BambiBaby had a brand new one with my name written on it in stock. :-)!!!
Like any novice on the internet searching for a place to purchase a really expensive item like this one, I was skeptical because this was my first time hearing about Bambibaby. Despite reading some bad reviews, and reading some really good ones online, and waiting impatiently just a little over a week to receive my items, I can honestly say that this company will receive more business from me in the future.
Customer service representatives were available to answer, what felt like, over a thousand questions from a worried customer (me). Letting my emotions run wild when I discovered the stroller online, I quickly rushed into placing an order with my paypal account; and later started to regret making a hasty decision without doing my research on the company first. I called almost everyday, probing for information concerning if the product I was receiving was going to be delivered in new condition with all of the pieces attached. Bambibaby customer service representatives did an awesome job maintaining a calm, patient tone throughout the entire process, explaining to me all of the details over and over again at my request.
Three business days later, I received my UPS tracking number with shipping details. Once the items arrived, I was still skeptical and a nervous wreck. But once I opened the boxes and began to unwrap the complete system, fear, worry, doubt disappeared instantaneously. Bambibaby.com managed to secure a loyal customer for life.
Nevertheless, if you are like me, a huge skeptic, put your worries at ease and place an order, or call their customer service first to get a good feel of the place. I can't speak on behalf of what took place in the past with previous customers who wrote bad things about their experiences, but I can speak on behalf of my positive shopping experience and say that it was well worth my time and energy to chose Bambibaby.com for online services.
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that the items on this site were/are tax free and Thank God for the 10% discount I received on an item that cost well over $1000 dollars. :-) Tax Free Items + a 10% discount + FREE Shipping = ONE BIG HAPPY CUSTOMER. No other site could compete with this deal. I will be back for more.
As for the stroller. I love it!!! Items were delivered as described, in new condition.

"I placed an order on March 19th that was supposed to ship in 4-6 weeks. It is now June 7 and I have yet to receive my order or any status update or delay information. When I log in to my account online there are no updates. We have tried to call during business hours and there is no answer."
"The product is fine, but the price was higher than elsewhere. When I discovered this and tried to stop the shipping, I was told that it would cost me $15 on top of the $10 shipping fee I had already paid. Usually the customer service representative would at least give some adjustment on the cost, but I was told basically, 'what is done is done'. "
"I used Bambi Baby to order some Maxi Cosi adapters for a seat I was given as a shower gift. I ordered in January almost 4 weeks to allow for time for it to get there. after 1 week I checked the status of my order and it said "still processing." so I contacted the customer service line and they told me it would be a few weeks due to the parts being shipped from overseas. (no where on the site did it say anything about not being in stock or delayed shipping.) I never got any email stating my order status. after 2 more weeks my wife's due date was coming up so I checked again and the order was still "processing." I called spoke to someone that said there would be a few weeks delay, still. shortening a long story they didn't get me my product til April. I returned it within a week of receipt, because I ordered from another company, and it's middle of May and still no refund. Probably won't ever use Bambi Baby again for online ordering."
