"They shipped a broken table and are making it incredibly challenging to replace. I emailed them within minutes of the package arriving with detailed pictures of the damage. I have tried calling their number many times and always get a message saying no one is available to take the call.

"I have bought several Greenington furniture pieces from different retailers in the last year. All the retailers do not have warehouses. Greenington ships all furniture out when receiving orders from their retailers. The shipments arrive very well packaged and protected. It takes a while to receive them though. I have 2 bed frames, 5 night stands, 2 dressers, 1 desk and 1 bench all from Greenington. They are of high quality. It’s worth the wait if you have patience. Bamboo Mod was apologetic through the process when shipments were delayed because Greenington was out of stock with a product. My thinking is that Greenington has lower supply of quality products that sell fairly quickly, therefore sometimes people need to wait for the next batch to come to the US (Washington State... Where Greenington is located... They ship from there.)
If you buy, expect it to take a few months to receive items by freight. "

"Wow I read everyone's review and I was shocked to see how horrible they sound. Please read below for my honest opinion.
I was reached out by customer support because I had two items in my cart and I did. I told them I wanted the items but I was not happy with the price. Support told me they'll see what they can do. A day later I received a discount code. Yes the discount code was available to everyone not just me. I tried to use the code and it did not work. I reached out to support and they quickly fix the bug on the website to accept the code. Throughout the whole purchase process support constantly reaching out to make sure they addressed any issues and/or questions.
Fast forward to the purchase. A week after I purchased the items I was told they were not immediately available for shipping. I replied back to support letting them know that it is very untrustworthy and misleading to promote on their sites that the products are in stock for immediate shipping when they truly aren't. I then went on the website and saw the items were still shown as available to other buyers even though I was being told they were not in stock. Support apologized and offered me the option to cancel the order or wait for them to ship it. I agreed to wait since it was only a three weeks back order. To my surprise I received the items nearly two months later hence the "Almost Perfect" part. I was upset I must admit and then I realized there is more to live than screaming and complaining about when I received something I never had. Life is too short so I shifted my focus unto other things "

On the 11th day, Trinity, the representative emailed and said it was already shipped, they can't return. Today is marks a month since order. I've received just the base, and not the top. "Ordered furniture in October which was supposed to ship within a 24 hours. Furniture took 1 months to arrive and it was the wrong furniture set when it arrived. Had to figure out how to get rid of it. Then waited an additional 2 months for correct furniture to arrive. The chest arrived damaged (corner dented in) and filed claim immediately. Seven months later no response about claim. Not worth the trouble. "
