"So far my experience with Bambooki has been AWFUL! On May 8,2015 I ordered a 4 tier desk organizer. It is now May 20, and I have never heard back from the company. I have called numerous times , only to get a voice mail and leave a message. Only once did I get through to a person named Christine who told me she was not authorized to look into my order and that Gallarmo would call me back within an hour. That was days ago. I have also , e-mailed twice. very poor customer service. My advice, avoid using this company. I am very sorry I did not take my own advice. "

"I searched around and found Bambooki has so many bamboo products. I received my package 3 days after placing it and it was even better then I expected. Definitely will be shopping here again :)"

"Horrible. I ordered a bamboo keyboard as a gift for a graduation nearly two weeks in advance. On the site, they advertised that if the product was ordered by noon, it would be shipped on the same day. However, they neglected to mention on the webpage that the product itself was in back order and it wasn't until I emailed them that I found out. My product wasn't shipped to me for nearly three and a half weeks, and when attempting to use the product, found out it was defective. The keyboard DID NOT WORK. Because of their late shipping, I am ineligible for their return policy, since it has far past exceeded the 7 days they allow. I am extremely dissatisfied with this website. I would much rather find another company and suggest you do the same if you are looking for prompt shipping and operating products. "
