The drive came EXTREMELY fast, faster than I've ever seen anything come from CA to WI. A few months later the drive started to not read DVDs and I requested an RMA. I got the replacement drive today, which is less than 6 business days later! I am extremely impressed by their RMA process and their service. I had even accidentally put a different address on the RMA shipping return address and they called to verify the correct address... great, great service. You don't find many companies that are willing to make a phone call to make sure they're doing their job right anymore. I would definitely buy from this store again!"
"I bought an item from BANANAPC. When I received it, It DIDN’T WORK, and it had OBVIOUSLY BEEN REPACKAGED (judging from the condition of the packaging, several times). I payed return shipping and a 15% “restocking fee”.
Now that I’ve returned it and they’ve restocked it again, do you want to buy it from them?
Please read their return policy before you buy anything from them. I will never again, buy anything from a company that will make money by selling defective merchandise.
They also ripped me off for the original shipping charges. They said “enter this code, and you’ll get free shipping”. They said they couldn’t calculate the free shipping right away, but they’d deduct it later. Except they didn’t. So I’m out $35 in cash, and $300 in hassle, and aggravation, but they made a profit on the deal.
Initially I asked for my money back, but once I found out about the 15% restocking fee (even for defective merchandise), I tried (by Email, and in writing) to get them to replace the item instead, but they didn’t replace it. They didn’t refund my money when they were supposed to. They said it would take “5-7 business days” after they received the item back, before they would refund my money (minus 15%). After 16 days, I emailed them asking why they hadn’t refunded my money yet. They said they had done it two days ago (which would still have been late). But they lied (again), I checked with the credit card company, and they didn’t initiate the refund until after I Email them about it.
Save yourself the effort, don’t do business with this bunch of liars and thieves.

They only do via email and my first two attempts were met with no response. On the 3rd attempt I finally got a response with an RMA#. I immediately returned the card. I originally put my order in 1 month ago and have yet to receive my replacement. I checked with the postal service and confirmed that they received the card two weeks ago - plenty of time to have sent a replacement. Bad quality and bad RMA service. I would definitely recommend people to stay away and find a more reputable company."
