"I had ordered some blades for my new bandsaw. After a copuld of weeks I had not heard from them and my account still showed "processing". I gave them a call (this was on a Friday) and the man that answered looked into it and said he would remind them on Monday. Wednesday I recieved the blades. With Covid and all the problems, I think they did an excellent job."
