"Blades took longer to ship than I expected and when they finally arrived, they were made the wrong length. I contacted customer service and the gentleman I spoke to asked me if I was sure I hadn't ordered the wrong size. After he looked up the order, he saw that they were made incorrectly and said that he could ship out some new ones but it being a holiday weekend al all… I explained to him that I was dead in the water without those blades and he finally agreed to send more next day air so that I could have them that Tuesday after the holiday. Once I received the blades they were awesome! They cut fast and smooth and I would recommend to anyone but I still can't understand what took so long to get them the first time."
