"Ordered 4 blades. One came welded but not ground down. I called customer service and was questioned whether it was good enough to use or not. After I told them it had a jagged edge at the weld seam he reluctantly agreed to send UPS to come get it. But what about the blade I ordered?? Nope, no apologies, definitely not going to make a new one and send right away, instead they were going to pick this one up, fix, and return. Now 2 weeks later I still don't have the blade I ordered and paid for. I guess I need to call customer service again to remind them. Is that how this works?"
