"I will be buying all my blades here"
"Upon placing my porter I received a confirmation, the following day I received an email my order was being processed. Then nothing, I'm aware there are issues with the pandemic effecting labor and materials. Since I had not requested rush processing I thought nothing about a few days passing before the conformation would come that it had shipped. A few day turned into a week then a holiday weekend etc. Etc.16 days after I placed my order and 15 days after I received notice it was being processed I called the company to let them know I had not received any confirmation it had shipped or a shipping number to track, after a extended period on hold I was in formed it would stop the following day.the next day I received a shipping confirmation and on the 2nd day the blades arrived. They shipped the day I called not the next and they arrived in top condition the order was complete, correct, well packaged and the welds have all held to the high standards I have come to expect from this company. I would suggest that if there was a delay waiting on materials or high column in order or labor shortages that they would have communicated with me. I run a business I understand. Maybe there should be someone who tracks all orders via computer and order number a computer would tell some one if all order before any many after had ship that one number was lost and needed followup. I suspect this to be the case based on the facts I have A) sold one day B) in process the next. C) locating the status of my order after being in process for 2 weeks took "some time" D) the person on the phone never offered to upgrade my shipping at their cost or mine if it was urgent that I have my order D) I was told it would ship the next day when in fact it shipped within hours of my call the same day.
My question I'm asking myself is had I not called how long would the order had the status of "in process" the shipper got it to me in less than 48 hours with regular ground shipping. So the labor shortage must not be effecting them. The quality and price will keep me coming back I'll just call 2 days after processing starts and followup. Maybe I can bill them Fort my time!"

"Everything went good. Customers need to remember that the blades are custom built. This process takes a day or so. Delivery date was on time, no major issue. Suggestion to vender, maybe explain what customer may need to cut various materials. Teeth per inch example. Width of blade etc."
