"Banggood.com the so called 1 week delivery is a joke. I think BG is trying to save money by using the FedEx slowest ground service. I placed the order on Nov 4th BG shipped it the next day from NJ, I still have not received it today. The package is already in my city but it's just sitting in the warehouse. The whole process is already more than 13 days. I can understand it takes longer shipment time if the package is shipped from China, my package is only shipped from the East Coast ( USPS takes about a week only ) And this is not the first time it is the 3rd time the same situation orders from BG.
I know BG can not control the shipping process once the order is shipped so the only explanation is BG using the cheapest/slowest way to ship despite I paid $2.99 for shipping.
I also called FedEx a couple of times they just keep saying the package will be delivered soon offered no explanation why the package is simply sitting in the local warehouse, no delivery dates given as well.
Another thing is BG would not post any product reviews if rated 3 stars & below and offered no explanations. If any one spending time to read all BG product reviews you will see the complaint reviews are all rated 5 stars.
Last thing is some BG orders ( Electronics ) are not well packed for shipping protection always resulting the orders had damaged upon arrival ( happened 3 times )
In general, BG does have great product & services. Some product are more expensive than other online stores such as geekbuying .com, aliexpress.com or even ebay, some are pretty much the same price as local stores. To save time & money I always do my research before I buy it from all the China based online stores."
