"I've been dealing with Banggood for at least 10 years now and whilst not always perfect there's a few good reasons I've stuck with them. I live in Brisbane QLD Australia.
Firstly, random products advertised by them are inspirational. Some I never knew existed! Sure, lots of emails but they can be scanned through easily.
Next are the reviews... definitely add to a decision to purchase or not. I don't believe any are fake and many are quite detailed.
Presentation: Accolades to this as details can include videos, measurements and answered questions. Pics are nice and clear too.
Post: Generally it's faster than expected and only a few days from their AUS warehouse. Mostly they arrive in good condition. Post prices have changed recently perhaps due to Covid19 with some being really expensive if sent from USA. Hopefully this will improve in time. Don't forget to factor in the lovely GST and some cheap insurance.
Often I cross reference products with eBay. Bangggood can be cheaper or sometimes not but it does appear to be considerably better priced on hobbies and some electronics.
Finally when things go wrong they respond quickly and have always been fair or have resent items if damaged or don't work.
Keep up the good work Banggood...you deserve my praise. :)"
