"My 15 year old vac died as we were finishing uo cleaning the house for easter dinner guests. Luckly we were almost done! I decided to replace it (Hoover) with a Dyson. I googled Dyson and found Bank's Vacuum SuperStore. The web site was easy to navigate ording was easy also. I did not receive shipping confirmation until Monday morning (holiday weekend) and the unit was delivered to my door step in NJ that Wednesday!
The unit was factory sealed, the box was a little dinged but nothing serious. The unit was a snap to assemble and works great.
I will consider the Bank's in the future

"We ordered the Dyson DC25 vacuum on Good Friday, so we were expecting a big delay on the shipment date, due to the Easter holiday. The order was processed on Monday, and we received the vacuum by Wednesday mid-morning. Website was easy to order off of, and the price point was the best. We were hesitant to order off of the website, but after reading external reviews and doing a BBB search, that calmed our fears. Have to say the service was great, luckily we didn't have any problems, which we read not a lot of people have had. Overall we are satisfied with the company, plus they are a Dyson certified repair facility, which only certified dealers can fix warranty issues."
