Within an hour or so of having written this review, I received a call from Mr. Scheffler of Bank's Vacuum Superstores. He was returning my call- around 8:30pm central-and proceeded to answer all my concerns. He apologized for any misunderstanding and bent over backwards to satisfy me. As I explained, I was most upset about the lack of communication but this was clearly a result of a mistaken posting of back order date and my own impatience on waiting for a return phone call. Even though there was shared responsibility, he took full ownership for the problem and volunteered upgraded shipping and extra attachments at company expense to correct the misunderstanding. Clearly, this is a company that is working very hard to maintain its well deserved high customer satisfaction rating. Banks certainly deserves FIVE STARS!!!!"

The place I initially bought my vacuum told me that they would have to order it and that they would call me, after never receiving a call I decided to go online to search for the replacement filters. He did not push me in one direction or another, but gave me the information I asked for and politely left me to make the decision on my own. Weeks went by and I received an email from Kohls with a 20% off offer so I checked into it. Their cost with the 20% off and before tax would have been $360.00. From there I got the idea to compare prices on Google Shopping and I am so glad I did. This is where I found Bank's Vacuum SuperStores. Before I ordered, I read the reviews (which were all good) and I checked BBB. I felt confident that I was dealing with a legit business so I placed my order.
