"We just bought a Dyson Ball from Banks Vacuum Superstore! We had never heard of them but found them online! We were ordering a vacuum for my mom as a surprise!! We were so excited about how great the prices were at Banks!! They also shipped it for free!!! We ordered her vacuum late on a Saturday night and She recieved them on Friday which was so good considering half the country was having horrible snow and weather!!
Banks was so helpful!!! When I ordered the vacuum I placed an order for the lite weight vacuum but wanted the large dyson ball!! I sent them an email telling them what happened and Monday morning I woke up early and called and the customer service rep already knew who I was and was about to call me!! He made sure he didnt send out the other one and shipped the Large Dyson Ball for us and charged our card with the right amount! Later that day I got a tracking number from UPS and was able to track my order every step of the way!!!
We were so happy with our order!! My mom cried when she got her surprise in the mail!!!! I wish I would have known about Banks when I bought my Dyson Ball last year!!
