The day after my order I got an email that they were out of stock on the Dyson DC25 that I had ordered, and would be getting more stock two days later on Thursday. They were correct about that since they were ready to ship my vacuum on Thursday. They charged my credit card only when they were ready to ship. They had some issues processing my credit card due to an error at my end and Jason in customer service promptly contacted me over the phone to get the correct information. I got the UPS tracking information once the transaction was complete and I now have the DC25 in hand per shipping estimate.
Only suggestion for improvement I have is to display real-time tracking of inventory on their website."

"I purchased my vacuum from Jason @ Banks in Michigan because they had the lowest price I found and he really knows his stuff. I purchased the Dyson DC25 to replace my crappy GE canister vacuum that I got from Walmart and died after 2 years.

I searched high and low for two weeks and dug up alot of information about vacuums because I hated spending $100-$150 every 2-3 years for a vacuum that in the end broke.
