"Was so pleased to get my Dyson DC25 All Floors vacuum so fast. Ordered it on Friday, June 18 and had it by the 22nd.
It was easy to assemble and I was ready to go. However, I had a slight problem--the ball wasn't rolling. Called the Dyson help number and they had me reseat the ball filter. Then it worked fine. I don't see that this has anything to do with Banks Vacuum superstore.
I love being able to see the dirt I am collecting. I do wish the container was larger so I could vacuum a little longer before I need to empty it. But maybe after I get caught up on all the dog hairs I have been missing with my old vacuum, it won't be quite as bad.
It handles very easily, is relatively light-weight and does a great job on all my floors.

"After my 24 year old 16 inch Sanitaire Quick Clean went to “Dust Bunny Heaven” I needed another vacuum so it was time to do some research as I no longer clean commercially so don’t frequent janitorial stores anymore, I found the best price on a really nice Sanitaire S647E Heavy Duty Upright at Banks.

I ordered the vacuum Thursday May 27th and it arrived June 3, it has the same vibrating roller & will pick the carpet up off of the floor as it should so I am very pleased with the fast shipping and honest help when I called Banks with a couple of questions.

I say if you can buy the same vacuum cheaper from an honest store buy it but you will not as I looked.
