"I first purchased a Dyson Animal from banksvac.com and when I received it, I was very unhappy with it. I called and talked to Jason who explained it had a suction rating of 45 while my old vacuum was a 90. I talked extensively with Jason about other machines and he suggested the Miele upright series which has a 130 suction rating.

They allowed me to return the Dyson and exchange it for the Miele and I could not be HAPPIER! It is an amazing machine and runs circles around the Dyson. I only wished I had consulted with banksvac by phone before buying the Dyson and I could have avoided having to return the Dyson.
