The quality is good, the turnaround was quick, and when one of our logos was a low resolution and was showing up as blurry on the product, they contacted me for a higher res version. If I ever need another backdrop, BannerBuzz will be my first contact. "

"Terrible terrible experience working with the "design" team. I get that it is free, however, if you are going to offer this service they should at least be able to follow simple directions and requests for changes. You should not have to repeatedly ask for another proof and request the same fixes as you just requested. Even when pictures were sent in to say make it look like this they could not manage to get it right. When I finally had enough I asked for the file so I could change the design the way I wanted it and they refused! It was extremely wasteful of my time , energy and sanity for something that one would think a professional designer could complete in a timely and correct fashion. Because of this and for the fact that I asked for a refund that they agreed to send me I still have not seen on my credit card so we'll see if they stick to their word. Regardless though, I do not recommend Bannerbuzz."
