"I called and emailed within 2 minutes of submitting order when I received the invoice that showed expedited shipping. Essentially I was overcharged 120.00 for shipping that I didn't need. I spoke to a customer service rep (2 different ones) and Josh the manager. They claimed that due to the "system" and multiple locations were unable to cancel or change the shipping method on the order. I do a lot of business and have a lot coming up. I felt they could have simply made some calls/actions to turn the situation or simply cancel the order to re-submit but they were unwilling to do so. I have used banners.com for several years and dealt with turnover issues on their end and when I feel it was the job of them to step us and help out, they didn't. Hope they resolve the inside issues they have with employee turnover for they do have a great product just lack customer service when it matters the most."
