"This was my 1st time using this company and the service was as good as it could possibly be. The design your own website worked very well but I could not figure out how to change a shape, so I called the helpline and it was immediately answered by a person who I could easily understand. She told me to just submit my order with instructions of what I needed changed, and within 1 hour, a proof was sent to me via email, which was pervfect, and I confirmed the order. The banner showed up in less than 5 days and was everything I wanted it to be."

"The web site was a great experience, but it is a little misleading. When I ordered I approved it then that was supposed to save time.
Then we paid a lot for two-day shipping and have not received it yet. When I called, they were very nice, and explained that it was two days from production. Very nice website easy to use, I just think it should explain a little more about the length of the whole process. I would have ordered elsewhere had I known or would not have paid a lot of extra money for shipping. But again, it's still not here and I leave in 45 min. so I cannot even review the product. "
