"I sent a rush job to be printed and shipped 1 day service. It was printed on a Friday, but not shipped. Then on Monday, it was shipped, but sent 2 day service instead of 1day. I paid for next day service. I got the banner on Wednesday. I ordered 6 other banners from your competitor, and got them on Monday. The printing quality was great, but the shipping needs work."
