"I jumped the gun with a negative review initially. I apologize.The banner was shipped on time but not delivered by UPS. It was a UPS issue. My rep (Taylor Squires)) and her manager bent over backwards to get this banner delivered to us after numerous phone calls and emails. You are all heroes. The quality of the banner is excellent too! "I ordered a banner from this company. After receiving an e-mail confirming the shipping date I called them to have my banner expedited. I was told by two people that I could not expedite the banner because it was in production. I called this company the same day I received the email, which was which was four days before it was to be shipped. I was given a lame excuse to why they could not expedite my banner. They suggested that I purchase another banner so that I could receive the banner in time for my event. I was also told I couldn't get a refund for the banner I originally purchased that wasn't going to be delivered on time for my event. In my opinion, this is bad business and I will never use them again."

However once an order has been approved we are unable to make changes to the order due to our automation and speedy order processing.
