"From the initial contact beyond product in my hand my expectations were exceeded. The staff walked me through developing my banner and bumper stickers were more than accommodating with preproduction changes. This was all for my Family's first official Family Reunion. The level of quality and service provided eased my anxiety. I'm developing the banner I had initially ordered more than I needed as far as accessories/reinforcements. The representative; after reviewing with me my product needs, removed items that I would have otherwise bought without necessity. This reduced my order about $60. It's rare to find a company that puts customer satisfaction and retention above it's profit. Although the family reunion was more like a civil war reenactment and I changed my cell phone number after having it for 16years, the experience with Banners.com is one that I will always remember and promote if anyone is in need of your products and services. "I recently ordered 7 senior banners and 1 team banner for our volleyball team. I worked with Michael and sent the pictures in to him to use for the banners. I told him specifically on each picture to please crop them or whatever he needed to do to make them all look the same. I didn't want one girl really far away or one girl really close up in their individual banners. He sent back proofs for me a couple times as he had cut off part of 2 of the girls in some of the proofs. So on the last time that he sent them back, He had fixed it so that they weren't cut off..you could atleast see the volleyball and the girls arm. The proof is so little. I had several phone conversations about the individual banners being uniformed..the same. That is not what we got. We got some girls really close up..some girls really far away...really.? He is the professional here. One girl looks like a giant and one looks super small. If they were going to be so different why didn't he tell me. This is the 4th year that our school has ordered from you guys. We have never had a problem, but when I contacted Michael about fixing one of the banners he said that I approved the proof so basically it was on me and that I would have to pay for the new banner. No offer of trying to make it right..I left a note about them being uniform on every single place available to make notes..and discussed it with him many times too. I will not order from here again."
