"Don't bother with Banners on the Cheap. It IS cheap and it isn't worth it.
I am opening a new salon and was waiting on this banner to hang up for my opening. Upon opening the box I quickly found that I received the wrong order. I spoke with Jade at Banners On the Cheap customer service who offered to send me a replacement in 5-7 business days. After waiting 11 days for this incorrect order that wasn't satisfactory especially because my salon's opening is, like, NOW. Banners on the Cheap would not expedite the shipping of my order to make up for their mishandling of my order. Since Banners on the Cheap was not able to step up to the plate and take care of their customer I requested a refund. I received an email shortly after that Jade received my photo of the incorrect banner (because they didn't believe me I guess) and would process the refund. When I received an email from Brent that another customer had received our banner and they would be sending out a new banner right away. I was like, FINALLY, some accountability and true customer service. Not a moment later did Brent send another email saying, "Oh, nevermind." Because he didn't see that a refund process was started. He then claimed to be merely a messenger. How do you go from, I'm going to help you to I'm only a messenger? Again, no accountability.

To rate the order I DID receive. I would say it is reflective of the low price. It was a pixelated image and lettering.

"The price was the best I could find, that's why I went with them. The quality however, well like they say you get what you pay for. The lettering on the two banners I ordered was not centered. One was so far off its a joke! They look like someone made them in the 11th hour while half awake! Also, one of the banners was missing one of the brass grommets. How can you screw that up unless you can't count to four? And for the brass grommets that were installed on the banners, some were right on the edge of the banner while others were two inches in, so my banners hang crooked! That's just horrible! The only reason I did not send them back is because I need them for my gymnastics season and if I had sent them back and had them redone the season would be almost over. For these reasons, I will use a different company next time."

"I order a banner from the company and when it arrived the top of banner was folded to much and as a result it had some of the picture on the back of the banner. The quality of the banner could have been a better also."

I was satisfied with everything except for ONE thing, that is kind of a major thing.

The banners we got seems blurry/pixelated. We sent huuuge files over that were the correct measurements for the specified banner and the quality of the images on them were not good at all. Won't be ordering those kind of banners from this site again.
