"I ordered a banner for our Sr. Sunrise...the first one we have had since COVID....so this event was kind of a big deal, as it was the starting point for our seniors. Unfortunately, the photo I sent in did not have a high enough resolution. The rep I spoke with (and I feel bad I don't remember his name) spent an hour on the phone with me reviewing photos with me, redoing the graphic, checking for resolution and helping me to finalize the order, so that it would arrive in time for the event. My only minus comment would be.....for the size of the banner (4x16) it need two more grommet holes (each) on the top and bottom of the banner. Otherwise, the quality/cost was great and the customer service was fantastic!"
